Muhammad Yousaf Aujla District and Session Judge (Retired) Principal Mr. Muhammad Yousaf Aujla, a distinguished legal luminary, is currently serving as the Principal of Chiefs Law College, Lahore. Prior to this, he had a illustrious 34-year career in the judiciary as a District and Session Judge. Throughout his tenure, he demonstrated unwavering commitment to justice, taking bold steps to uphold the law and protect the rights of the people. Notably, he presided over the high-profile diyat case of Raymond Davis, exhibiting exceptional courage and integrity and faced intense pressure and harassment from certain quarters. This case is just one example of his many notable achievements. In addition to his judicial experience, Mr. Aujla has also been actively involved in training judges at the Punjab Judicial Academy, sharing his expertise and insights to enhance the administration of justice. His passion for academics further underscores his commitment to shaping the next generation of legal professionals. |

Prof. KHALID MAHMOOD M.Phil. English (Applied Linguistics) Prof. Khalid Mehmood is a renowned Professor at Cheifs Law College, Lahore, with an impressive 40-year academic career in public sector institutions and holds M.Phil Applied Linguistics from UMT. His distinguished service includes roles as Head of the English Department Islamia Civil Lines, Dayal Singh College, M.A.O College Lahore, Government College Patoki and Dean of Arts at Islamia Civil LInes College Lahore. Throughout his career, Mr. Mehmood has demonstrated his versatility and commitment to academia. He has served as editor of the college English magazine and been a member of the Provincial Review Committee (PRC). Additionally, he has translated and edited numerous books and has written articles for various newspapers. With a keen interest in research, Mr. Mehmood has actively participated in conferences and seminars. His passion for academics continues to drive him, as he remains dedicated to imparting knowledge to future generations.

Prof. Dr. Akhtar Hussain Azmi Ph.D. Scholar (Islamic Studies Professor) Dr. Akhtar Hussain Azmi, a Ph.D. scholar, has served as the Principal of Government Township College, Lahore. With an impressive 36 years of teaching and administrative experience in the public sector, Dr. Azmi has achieved numerous accolades in academics and administration. He has supervised various master’s and M.Phil. theses, as well as two Ph.D. theses. Dr. Azmi has a keen interest in research and has attended several workshops on research methodology. He has presented research papers at conferences, including one titled “The Nature of Jihad in a Muslim State.” His Ph.D. thesis focused on “Moulana Amin Ahsan Islahi’s contributions to the reconstruction of Islamic disciplines.” He has authored more than 12 Islamic publications and written several Islamic novels. Additionally, he has participated in over 250 television programs as a guest speaker, including appearances on Peace TV. His primary area of interest lies in Quranic studies and Seerat, and he continues to contribute to this field. |

AFIA AKHTAR ALI M.Phil. in Political Science Gold Medalist GCU Lahore LECTURER Ms. Afia Akhtar Ali is a Lecturer of Political Science at Chiefs Law College. She has 5 years of teaching experience in the public sector, including GCU Lahore. She did BS in Political Science, winning a gold medal, and holds an M.Phil in Political Science from GCU Lahore. Her research interests include human rights, democracy, and the rule of law, as evident from her research on “The Role of Asma Jahangir in Human Rights Perspective.” She has also presented a research paper at an international conference. During her studies, she interned at the Lahore Bar Association and served as Vice President of the Library Society at GCU Lahore. In the future, she aims to continue serving in academia, pursuing research in various areas of political science and the legal system. |

HAMZA NAEEM Pursuing Phd LECTURER Mr. Hamza Naeem, a passionate Sociology Lecturer, holds an M.Phil and Ph.D. from Punjab University. With 4 years of teaching and research experience, he specializes in drug addiction and socio-cultural patterns. His teaching philosophy focuses on creating a supportive environment where students can engage with sociological theories and apply them to real-world contexts. He uses interactive and discussion-based methods to encourage critical thinking. His courses include General Sociology, Gender and Sociology, and Cultural Anthropology. He is actively involved in research on drug addiction and minority groups, including LGBTR’s, and committed to publishing and presenting his findings. He regularly attends conferences and workshops to stay updated on the latest developments in Sociology and enhance his teaching practices. |

Ms. Arozia Shoukat M.Phil in English LECTURER Ms. Arozia Shoukat is a permanent faculty member at Chiefs Law College. With a passion for education, she earned her master’s degree in Education from the University of Education. She further pursued her academic interests by completing a master’s degree in English and PGD (ELT) from the University of the Punjab and an M.Phil in English Linguistics from Riphah International University. After completing her education, she chose teaching as her profession and has been serving in the field for 8 years, including professional teacher development. In addition to her teaching expertise, she also possesses expertise in Microsoft Office, Web and Graphic Designing, and Creative Designing. She is skilled in classroom management, lesson planning, and using diverse teaching techniques to optimize learning. She has a keen interest in research and aims to pursue a Ph.D. in the future. |

Mr. Ahmad Raza LLM LECTURER Mr. Ahmed Raza is an advocate of the Lahore High Court and is currently working as a Lecturer at Chiefs Law College. He completed his master’s degree from the University of the Punjab and earned his LLM from the University of Lahore. He has extensive experience in academics, having served as a lecturer at various universities. Additionally, he has worked with different law associations throughout his career. Besides being a dedicated academician and law professional, he has also achieved success in competitive examinations like CSS, PMS, and FIA. Mr. Moeen Ahmad Siddiqui LLM Assistant Prof. Law Mr. Moeen Ahmad Siddiqui has obtained legal qualifications from the University of the Punjab. His academic potential earned him a teaching post at Chief Law College, where he is presently an Assistant Professor. His teaching areas are Jurisprudence, Human Rights and ADR. He has a research based approach. His technical grasp of the subjects he teaches has received approval and appreciation from the College and his students. He has an exceptional ability of relating to the needs of the student body and teaching difficult subjects in a comprehensive manner on the Punjab University Programmes. Mr. Moeen being member of Human Rights Association has actually delivered result oriented performance as a member of legal fraternity. Ms. Samina Khalid LLM LECTURER LAW Ms. Samina Khalid, Advocate High Court, completed her LLB from Punjab Law College in 2009 and her LLM from the University of Lahore in 2020. She served as a permanent lecturer in the University of Lahore’s Department of Law from 2014 to 2022. She has applied herself positively in almost all related fields of law, including criminal, civil, family, and services. She is a member of the Punjab Bar Council, Lahore Bar Council, and the Lahore High Court Bar Association. |
